Good to know

  • No automatic renewal. Your license runs for one year and then ends. Nothing is charged on its own: about 30 days before the term we send you a renewal quote, and you decide.
  • The files stay. At term, accounts return to the free plan. No document is deleted: your teachers find their sources, images and PDFs again, and can export them at any time. Only additions are blocked while the free storage is exceeded.
  • Two ways to pay. Immediately, by card or bank transfer: your seats are available as soon as you pay and the invoice is in your space. Or by quote and purchase order, with invoicing to fit your procurement — access is opened when the purchase order arrives.

Payment terms

Activation

Data (GDPR)
Your files and the database are in France, at o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand). Compilation runs on a second server, at Ionos SE (Frankfurt, Germany): the document is sent there, compiled, and the working folder deleted — nothing is kept. Both sites are in the EU. We act as a data processor; a data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed on request.

Twelve months. Renewed only if you tick the box — stoppable with one click at any time.
